Solar Rebates
Gulf Power now offers a Solar Thermal Water Heating program which includes incentives for the customer - beyond the energy savings they could realize using this technology. Customers who have a qualified solar contractor install a qualified Solar Thermal Water Heating system on or after January 1, 2009 are eligible to receive a $1,000 rebate.
Federal Tax Credits for Energy Efficiency
Tax credits are now available for home improvements:
must be "placed in service" from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010
must be for taxpayer's principal residence
